Psychedelic Preparation and Integration
Each client receives a bespoke, carefully tailored package—whether that means drawing from a range of tools and practices or focusing on just one specific area they wish to explore. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, as you are, opening to and allowing what is, and support you to move in your chosen direction.
My work with psychedelics is informed by a four decade immersion in healing modalities generously shared by my mostly Indigenous teachers of North and South America. Sweat lodge, Sundance, long dance, and plant medicine ceremonies are all part of my path. They have brought me deep healing and an embodied sense of being rooted in a wide community or ‘familia’ of human and more-than-human relatives.
In 2021 I became part of the Guest Faculty of the Synthesis Institute’s year-long hybrid training for psychedelic practitioners working in a wide variety of settings. The Synthesis approach brings together the best of clinical practices and Indigenous wisdom traditions with a focus on safety and ethics. In addition to mentoring students, I created and delivered sessions on themes including knowing/not knowing, integrating your personal development capacities into your professional practice, and facilitating a group psychedelic ceremony.
I also became a member, and ultimately one of the two Lead Facilitators, of the Synthesis Retreat Team, considered to be the ‘Gold Standard’ of legal psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands.
I am available to support your preparation for and integration from psychedelic and plant medicine sessions. I bring a wealth of my own embodied experience and the experience of holding 300+ people in group and individual ceremonies. I know how extraordinarily profound and even magical these experiences can be, and also how tricky it can be in some cases to make sense of them and plant their teachings in our daily lives in ways that are grounded and fortifying. My experience as a facilitator at every stage of the psychedelic journey has given me faith in the inner healing intelligence within each of us. I can support you to strengthen your connection to that inner source of navigation as well as being your ally.
