My root training as a coach began in 2006 with Olivier Mythodrama Associates. Best practices from conventional personal, professional, and presentation coaching are combined with tools and techniques from the theatre, archetypal psychology, and trauma-informed embodiment practices. 

I have trained in and offer the Archetypes at Work system, Family, Organisational and Archetypal Constellations, the Pesso-Boyden Psychomotor System, Internal Family Systems, and many artistic/creative approaches.

I have coached small and large groups, in every setting you can imagine, (and some you probably can’t!), as mostly one-off interventions of 1-4 sessions.

Since 2020 I have also been coaching and supervising individuals online. Clients have included other coaches, therapists and psychedelic facilitators, professional athletes, politicians, healthcare and educational leaders, activists, artists, scientists, and others.

Clients tell me that being coached by me is both deep and fun, full of surprising insights, and that they feel seen, validated, encouraged, appropriately challenged, activated, and loved!
